Naomi Wise has written or co-authored three cookbooks (Meat and Game Cooking; Regional American Classics; Totally Hot! The Ultimate Hot Pepper Cookbook), one biography/cookbook (Cooking with Queen Ida, a Louisiana Zydeco" musician), one biography (On the Edge, The Life and Times of Francis Coppola), two gardening books, and hundreds of magazine articles about film, food, computers, travel, and other foibles of Western and non-Western culture. She's traveled extensively in North, Central and South America, the Caribbean, Europe and Asia.

L. Leland ("Skip") Whitney has been actively developing business relationships between the U.S. and Thailand for over 20 years.
